Role description

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

  • Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

  • Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.

  • Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution

  • Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions

  • Optimises efficiency cost and quality.

  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction

  • Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

• Technical Leadership o Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers in building dynamic, high-performance web applications using React. o Provide architectural guidance and make key design decisions for React applications integrated with MongoDB. o Enforce best practices for UI/UX, responsive design, reusable components, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Solution Design & Delivery o Drive end-to-end solution architecture, from requirements gathering and estimation to deployment and maintenance. o Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX designers, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and timely, high-quality deliverables. o Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Project & Team Management o Plan sprints, allocate tasks, track progress, and manage risks across multiple teams/projects. o Conduct regular code reviews, provide technical coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. o Act as the primary technical contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Core Expertise o Strong proficiency in , including Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux or similar). o Deep knowledge of CSS3 (assumed correction for "CS5") and modern styling frameworks (Sass/LESS, Tailwind, Material UI). o Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design and performance optimization. o Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and front-end build pipelines.
• Architecture & Design o Expertise in designing and implementing reusable component libraries and micro-frontend architectures. o Familiarity with server-side rendering ) and progressive web apps (PWAs).
• Development & Tools o Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). o Proficiency in Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Leadership & Communication o Proven ability to lead medium to large teams and manage multiple stakeholders. o Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
