Agile Collaboration:Work within a high-performing Agile Scrum team, actively participating in ceremonies, and work closely with your peers in Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous enhancements in our feature delivery process, offering insights and recommendations for both technical and procedural improvements. Technical Leadership:Communicate task progress effectively, evaluate technical feasibility, suggest innovative technical approaches, estimate timelines, and resolve both technical and process-related challenges. Ideation and Innovation:Engage in ideation and innovation workshops with cross-functional teams, contributing fresh, unique perspectives to our projects. What We're Looking For Technical Expertise:oProficient in Java with extensive experience in the Spring Boot framework. oStrong background in designing and developing RESTful web services, APIs, and Microservices architecture. oSolid knowledge of SQL databases, particularly MS SQL Server. oAdept at applying Object-Oriented Design principles to craft robust project solutions. Code Quality:Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with comprehensive unit tests. Agile Methodology:Understanding of Agile development methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Ownership:Self-driven with the ability to take ownership of tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Communication:Excellent English communication skills and a strong team player.
