Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Location: Pune (On-site)

Working Hours: 5–6 Hours per Day

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Freshers with strong communication may also apply)

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining our training and placement services, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Explain IT training courses, internship programs, and placement opportunities to potential students.
  • Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Update and manage lead data in CRM systems or Excel sheets.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and counselling team for lead nurturing.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain a positive brand image.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

Good listening and presentation skills

Ability to handle rejections positively

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools preferred)
