Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Engineering Trainee role for a Mechanical Engineer based in New Delhi. The trainee will be involved in activities such as supporting the design and development of mechanical systems, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) tools, contributing to machine design improvements, and collaborating on research and development initiatives. The role also includes elements of project management to ensure successful completion of technical assignments and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and applications
  • Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
  • Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D) activities to innovate and improve existing technologies
  • Basic understanding of or experience in Project Management processes
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Interest in renewable energy technologies is a plus
