About the Role:

We're looking for a
Techno-Functional Business Analyst
to join our team in
Bengaluru
. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between technology and business — someone equally comfortable engaging with clients and collaborating with technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in client-facing roles, and a solid understanding of
APIs and system integrations
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
    Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Functional Documentation:
    Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Technical Collaboration:
    Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure alignment during implementation.
  • API & Integration Knowledge:
    Evaluate, test, and support API-based integrations to ensure seamless system interoperability.
  • Client Engagement:
    Act as the bridge between clients and development teams — managing communications, clarifications, and updates.
  • Solution Design:
    Participate in solutioning discussions to ensure functional and technical feasibility.
  • Testing & UAT Support:
    Assist in testing, validate outputs, and ensure successful delivery against requirements.
  • Cross-Team Coordination:
    Work closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to deliver quality outcomes on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years
    of relevant experience as a
    Techno-Functional Business Analyst
    .
  • Prior experience in
    client-facing
    and
    communication-heavy
    roles.
  • Strong understanding of
    APIs, integrations, and data flow architectures.
  • Proficiency in tools like
    JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work
    on-site in Bengaluru
    and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the
    same or related industry
    (e.g., SaaS, AI, Tech Consulting, or Digital Transformation).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud-based or API-driven systems.
