Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Articleship Trainee role located in Pune. The Articleship Trainee will gain hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and business advisory activities. Responsibilities will include supporting audit processes, assisting with tax filings, preparing financial statements, and contributing to client-specific financial projects. The trainee will work directly with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to various industries and strengthening practical knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting
  • Knowledge of Auditing Standards and Procedures
  • Understanding of Taxation, including Compliance and Advisory practices
  • Strong Analytical, Research, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Pursuing a Chartered Accountancy qualification (CA Articleship)
  • Prior internship or academic experience in accounting or finance will be an advantage
