About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated (Senior) Test Automation Engineer to join our automotive engineering team. You will design, implement, and optimize automated testing solutions for vehicle systems, components, and embedded software. This is a critical role that combines hands-on test automation expertise with system-level thinking and close collaboration across development, QA, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test systems for vehicles, components, and software.


• Create test scripts to automate test processes for improved speed and coverage.


• Analyze and evaluate test results, identify issues, and suggest optimizations.


• Design and implement test strategies for powertrain, infotainment, and electronic systems.


• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end test coverage and product quality.


• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.


• Apply and enhance test methods including simulations, bench tests, and real-world driving tests.
• Use AI-based techniques to improve automation effectiveness and efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and OEM-specific standards.


• Document test plans, procedures, results, and recommendations

Required Technical Skills:


• Test automation tools: Selenium, Robot Framework, TestStand, CANoe, Vector tools


• Programming: Python, C, C++, CAPL


• Diagnostic protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet


• CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, Docker


• Familiarity with AI/ML for testing automation is a plus
