Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Formulation and Development Executive for our Cosmetics Division at Herbal Hills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving cosmetic formulations in alignment with market trends and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for skincare, haircare, and personal care products.
• Conduct stability studies, compatibility tests, and performance evaluations of formulations.
• Select appropriate raw materials and maintain vendor coordination for sourcing ingredients.
• Maintain detailed records of formulation trials and results.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams for scale-up and batch validation.
• Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulatory requirements (BIS / FDA).
• Evaluate new cosmetic trends and propose innovative product concepts.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during pilot and commercial batches.
• BMR filling and manpower handling.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulation techniques.
• Good understanding of stability, viscosity, and pH parameters.
• Knowledge of GMP and cosmetic regulations.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
