Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer and visualiser to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs across various mediums. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with the brand's strategies and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop and create engaging visual content, including digital and print materials, social media graphics, website elements, branding assets and promotional ,materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to conceptualise, and execute design projects from inception to completion.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from internal teams to refine and perfect designs, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
  • File Management: Organise and maintain design files and assets, ensuring that they are easily accessible and properly archived.
  • Must have an understanding of and experience with AI image generation and editing platforms and prompt writing.

Qualification

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing preferably with fashion and decor brands or FMCG brands
  • Skills: Proficiency in design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
  • Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills with an eye for details and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts from a reputed university
