Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Operations: Support in streamlining project workflows, builder onboarding, and customer experience.

Business Development: Assist in forming partnerships with builders, vendors, and third-party service providers.

Technology & Innovation: Work closely with the product team on construction ERP, cost estimator, CRM, and VR/AR adoption for builders.

Leadership Exposure: Shadow Ducktail's core leadership team in client meetings, government collaborations, and investor discussions.

Problem Solving: Identify challenges in the construction-tech space and propose innovative solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with departments like marketing, tech, and operations to learn how decisions are executed.

Reporting: Prepare strategic insights, reports, and presentations for C-suite review.
