Primary Focus: Content & Product Listing (Approx. 80% of Time)

  • Website Content Upload:
    Upload and format various types of content, including blog posts, articles, and new product descriptions, onto our company website (using a CMS like WordPress, Shopify, etc. -
    mention if known
    ).
  • E-commerce Product Listing:
    Create, optimize, and manage detailed product listings on major marketplace platforms, primarily
    Flipkart
    and
    Amazon
    . This includes:
  • Writing compelling product titles and descriptions based on provided copy.
  • Uploading and organizing high-quality product images and videos.
  • Ensuring all product specifications, pricing, and inventory details are accurately entered.
  • Conducting quality checks on live listings to ensure consistency and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Content Management:
    Ensure all digital content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to brand guidelines.

Secondary Focus: Operations Support (Approx. 20% of Time)

  • Assist the operations team with daily tasks, which may include inventory tracking, coordinating with logistics partners, or processing customer orders.
  • Help maintain and organize digital assets (e.g., image folders, copy documents).
  • Support the team in data entry and basic administrative duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent
    attention to detail
    and a strong focus on accuracy. This is non-negotiable for product listing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of, or a strong willingness to learn, e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel/Google Sheets) for data entry and tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to work independently.
