Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
Live Chat Support Executive
to join our team for a UK international process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling international customers via live chat, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate responses to queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat for UK-based clients.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and account issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
1–3 years in international live chat support (mandatory). - Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts (including night shifts).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in UK or other international processes.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, banking, or telecom domains is a plus.
