Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will support and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital trends, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising).
  • Manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create engaging digital materials.
  • Conduct keyword research and support SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Maintain and update the company website and landing pages (via CMS platforms like WordPress).
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for digital campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms is advantageous.
