We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

  • Experienced in Google Cloud development and well-versed with Big Query. Adopts best technologies and methodologies in release management and quality control.
  • Corporate with IT and Finance Operations in daily activities.
  • To influence key stakeholders to achieve the best-desired outcome. Responsible for translating detailed designs into robust, scalable and reusable solutions that deliver exceptional user experience and communicate the design and key design decisions to related parties.
  • Carrying out the detailed technical analysis of projects, changes and implementations to production
  • Work on multiple activities like design, development and testing

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 7+ years' IT software development experiences in GCP Big Query, Python, Shell programming, Cloud composer, Airflow etc. Hands on big query and Python is a must. DevOps hands on will be added advantage.
  • A track record of delivering change on architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and developing code.
  • Strong experience in GCP DevOps tools that can help in CICD implementation.
  • A basic understanding of finance knowledge such as Accounting is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and team player experienced working with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
  • Real passion for elegance and efficiency in software engineering and always strive for continuous improvements via automated processes
  • Knowledge on FTP Big Data will have added advantage.
  • Possessing knowledge on AGILE and SCRUM methodologies would be an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience with GIT repo and efficient branch management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
