Job Summary:We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecallers to promote and sell various loan products such as personal loans, home loans, and business loans over the phone. The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:Call potential customers to explain loan products (personal, home, business loans)
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan options
  • Follow up on leads and close sales
  • Maintain database and daily call records
  • Coordinate with the sales team for document collection and verification
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Experience in loan sales (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools (optional)
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
