The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in the German language to effectively liaise with German-speaking candidates. The role involves coordinating with candidates, facilitating the interview process, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear information and updates.
- Screen and shortlist German-speaking candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documentation and credentials.
- Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and status updates.
- Support onboarding procedures for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in German language (preferred not mandatory).
