Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer (Full-stack) at Bau AI. The Founding Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement product features, writing clean and efficient code, testing and debugging applications, and ensuring optimal performance of the platform.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development , Python, etc)
  • 4-5 years Experience in Software Development and Full-Stack Development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Compensation: starting initially equity basis, carried with cash + equity compensation.
