We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Full Stack .NET Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a developer who excels in the Microsoft ecosystem and is eager to integrate cutting-edge AI tools into their daily workflow to maximize efficiency. You'll be the linchpin connecting robust backend logic with dynamic, responsive frontend interfaces.

We value developers who are not just coders but proven problem-solversindividuals with a history of navigating complex technical and project hurdles while maintaining a stable, growth-oriented work track (ideally 2 years per organization). Your perspective should bridge the gap between technical execution and successful business delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and architect end-to-end, highly scalable applications using the core .NET, C#, and SQL Server stack.

- Engineer Robust APIs by designing and implementing RESTful services that seamlessly integrate with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.

- Drive Efficiency with AI : Proactively leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for code generation, refactoring, sophisticated debugging, and documentation to accelerate the development lifecycle.

- Full-Spectrum Debugging : Expertly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues spanning both the frontend presentation layer and the backend application logic.

- Cloud Enablement (Preferred) : Contribute to deployment, configuration, and monitoring efforts utilizing Cloud Services (preferably Azure or AWS).

- Quality and Collaboration : Commit to writing secure, maintainable, and well-documented code. Actively participate in code reviews, technical deep-dives, and contribute to mentoring junior team members.

Core Skills & Qualifications :

- Deep .NET Mastery : 4-7 years of extensive, hands-on experience developing applications within the Microsoft .NET stack.

- Full Stack Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise in building both backend systems and integrating with frontend technologies (ASP.Net/MVC/ React/Angular).

- API Development : Strong background in designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.

- AI Integration Experience : Proven, practical usage of AI development tools in professional projects (e.g., using Copilot or ChatGPT for real-world tasks like code analysis or testing).

- Analytical Acumen : Exceptional analytical, debugging, and complex problem-solving abilities.

- DevOps Familiarity : Comfortable with modern development workflows, including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
