1. Civil Helpers

Location: Oman

Job Description:

  • Assist masons, carpenters, and other skilled workers at construction sites.
  • Load and unload construction materials and tools.
  • Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks.
  • Mix cement, mortar, and other materials as required.
  • Perform general labor duties to support site operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil/construction field.
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours in outdoor conditions.
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures and instructions.

2. Masons / Carpenters

Location: Oman

Job Description:

  • Perform brick/block laying, plastering, and other masonry tasks.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wooden structures, formwork, and frameworks.
  • Ensure accuracy and alignment in all construction work.
  • Maintain tools and work areas in good condition.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in construction or building projects.
  • Knowledge of formwork, shuttering, and finishing.
  • Good understanding of site safety and quality standards.

3. Plaster Masons

Location: Oman

Job Description:

  • Apply coats of plaster to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and partitions.
  • Mix plaster materials and ensure smooth and even finishes.
  • Repair and maintain existing plastered surfaces.
  • Work according to drawings and quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in plastering and finishing work.
  • Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in plastering.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team under minimal supervision.

4. Tile Fixers

Location: Oman

Job Description:

  • Install ceramic, marble, granite, and porcelain tiles on walls, floors, and other surfaces.
  • Prepare surfaces and lay tiles according to design patterns.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, grouts, and sealants.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure alignment and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tile fixing.
  • Skill in cutting, aligning, and polishing tiles.
  • Eye for detail and quality finishing.
