Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beautician and Hair Stylist at The Lalit Ashok Hotel in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for performing beauty treatments, hair styling, and various grooming services for hotel guests. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing personalized beauty advice, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards, and staying updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques. Candidate must also ensure an excellent customer service experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures
  • Hair Styling, including cutting, coloring, and various styling techniques
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the beauty industry
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques
  • Relevant certifications in beauty therapy or hair styling
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end hotel or spa is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
