FileNet Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned FileNet professional with deep expertise in designing and developing enterprise content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with FileNet 5.5.x, Java/J2EE, and integration with third-party systems, along with a proven track record of leading complex implementations and upgrades.

Experience: 10–15 years of experience in ECM solutions.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E/MCA

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop FileNet-based application solutions and integrate with external systems
  • Build custom Java components and modules using FileNet APIs
  • Develop and expose RESTful and SOAP web services for FileNet CE and PE APIs
  • Configure IBM Content Collector connectors and task routes
  • Design and implement FileNet workflows tailored to business needs
  • Work with relational databases (DDL, DML, stored procedures)
  • Lead FileNet upgrade projects (on-prem and CloudPak)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Crawford systems
  • Provide technical leadership and progress updates to senior management and program sponsors
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues, risks, and blockers

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with FileNet 5.5.x platform and architecture
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JSP, and web services development
  • Familiarity with IBM WebSphere and its integration with FileNet products
  • Experience in enterprise-grade workflow design and optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
