Position: Graphic Designer (Full-time)
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (On-site)
Department: Multimedia
Salary: As per industry standards
What you'll do:
- Design creative and visually engaging graphics for eLearning courses
- Create UI layouts, templates, icons, and illustrations aligned with learning content
- Develop infographics, animations, and interactive visuals for online training modules
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs & Developers
- Ensure designs meet eLearning standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) and accessibility
- Adapt designs for desktop, tablet & mobile
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design (eLearning preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, etc.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing design expertise
- Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout
- Attention to detail & problem-solving mindset
