Position: Graphic Designer (Full-time)

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (On-site)

Department: Multimedia

Salary: As per industry standards

What you'll do:

• Design creative and visually engaging graphics for eLearning courses
• Create UI layouts, templates, icons, and illustrations aligned with learning content
• Develop infographics, animations, and interactive visuals for online training modules
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs & Developers
• Ensure designs meet eLearning standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) and accessibility
• Adapt designs for desktop, tablet & mobile
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (eLearning preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, etc.
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing design expertise
• Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout
• Attention to detail & problem-solving mindset
