Salesforce Developer – Agent Force

About the Role -
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer (5-7 yrs of experience) with hands-on experience working on Agent Force applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in migrating legacy or unsupported versions of Salesforce to the latest Salesforce Lightning experience, with expertise in security implementation and the use of Einstein (CRM Analytics) in everyday development. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to contribute to strategic Salesforce projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support migration from legacy Salesforce to Lightning Experience.
Customize and maintain Agent Force modules per business requirements.
Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and more.
Leverage Einstein Analytics for insights and AI-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, conduct unit testing, and support deployments.
Monitor platform performance and resolve technical issues.
Mandatory Skills:
5-7 years of Salesforce development experience.
Proven Lightning migration expertise.
Strong experience with Agent Force or related custom modules.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce security (OWD, profiles, roles, etc.).
Hands-on with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows.
Experience with Einstein Analytics.
Agile development and version control familiarity.
CI/CD and DevOps tool experience.
