GSA / GSC - F&B associate / Butlers

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GSA / GSC F&B associate / Butler to join our team at TAJ EXOTICA Resort & SPA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food items efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
