Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of projects involving industrial chimneys, tanks, pressure vessels, ducting, heat exchangers, scrubbers, and other fabricated structures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, QA/QC, Purchase) for smooth workflow.
  • Supervise fabrication, welding, erection, and commissioning as per drawing and technical specs.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and execution timelines.
  • Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and manage technical clarifications or revisions.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain documentation: daily reports, DPRs, site inspection records, and client sign-offs.
  • Optimize resources and ensure cost control while meeting project deliverables.

Skills & Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of mechanical fabrication, structural erection, and industrial project execution.
  • Practical experience with welding, NDT, pressure testing, and other QA/QC protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and isometrics.
  • Hands-on with project scheduling tools, MS Excel, and progress tracking.
  • Good leadership, team coordination, and site supervision abilities.
  • Exposure to chimney erection, scrubber installation, ducting routing, or pressure vessel commissioning is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in fabrication/project engineering within similar industries.
  • Background in custom fabrication, EPC projects, or industrial installations is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
