Job Profile

Location: Sreekaryam

Required Qualification: Degree

Experience: Minimum one year experience in Telesales

Salary: 13K to 18k plus Incentive

Job type: full time

Gender: Female/Male

Skills: Excellent communication skill & Interpersonal relations.

(Candidates with two wheeler and located around 15 km from Sreekaryam preferred)

Job Overview

To make outbound calls from database/enquiries and filter prospects, convince and close sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Telecalling
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries, and provide information.
  • Update customer information in the database after every call.
  • Generate quality leads through various channels
  • Convert leads into sales
  • Develop customized proposals as per customer's needs.
  • Follow core values of the company
  • Arranging field visit for solar installation
  • Carrying out necessary follow-ups after field visit.
