Training Associate

FULL-TIME, ON-SITE POSITION IN AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT.

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Exceptional fluency in English language (writing, speaking, and reading)
• BA or MA in English Literature preferred; freshers with strong English proficiency welcome
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and energise participants during training sessions
• Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and other parts of India
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with or willingness to learn presentation software and audio-visual equipment
• Familiarity with training management systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate group activities
• Creative approach to implementing interactive training exercises
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with trainers and facilitators
• Self-motivated with a proactive and positive approach to work

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Director in planning, organising, and executing soft skills and orientation training sessions for teachers
• Supporting leadership development training programmes for educational leaders
• Implementing ice-breakers, energisers, and interactive activities within training sessions
• Facilitating group activities, role-plays, and experiential learning exercises
• Preparing and organising training materials, manuals, handouts, and visual aids
• Setting up and managing audio-visual equipment and presentation technology
• Coordinating logistics for training events including venue arrangements, materials distribution, and participant communication
• Maintaining training schedules, calendars, and participant databases
• Registering participants, managing attendance records, and processing training documentation
• Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment during sessions
• Providing administrative support to the training department
• Assisting in the development of innovative training strategies and activities
• Gathering participant feedback and preparing post-training evaluation reports
• Communicating timelines, priorities, and deadlines effectively to team members
• Maintaining accurate records of training statistics, inventory levels, and programme assessments
• Coordinating additional services including refreshments, housekeeping, and technical support during training events
• Travelling to different locations to support training delivery as required
• Collaborating with the Director and team members to ensure seamless execution of all training initiatives
