Senior GenAI Engineering Manager

Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To deliver on new and upcoming technology space of GenAI, we need individuals who can contribute on GenAI initiatives. As BAGIC we are looking to integrate GenAI in our digital assets to make our apps,platform smarter.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Model Development and Implementation:

- Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge generative AI models, leveraging the latest advancements in deep learning and associated areas.

- Continuously research and integrate emerging methods and techniques to improve the team's generative AI models and processes.

2. Solution Architecture and Optimization:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, understand research requirements, and deliver innovative generative AI solutions.

- Apply advanced problem-solving techniques, thorough research, and experimentation to optimize the performance and efficiency of generative AI solutions.

3. LLM Applications and Prompt Engineering:

- Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications, leveraging technologies like LangChain and vector databases.

- Refine and optimize prompts to enhance the outcomes of Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring effective prompt engineering practices.

4. Codebase and Infrastructure Management:

- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for generative AI models, processes, and results, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.

- Leverage cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for efficient model training, deployment, and large-scale data processing.

- Design and develop robust API architectures for seamless integration and deployment of generative AI solutions.

5. Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration:

- Communicate complex generative AI concepts, methodologies, and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI, deep learning, and related fields, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

6. Technical Skills and Expertise:

- Proficient in Python and SQL programming languages, essential for developing and maintaining generative AI solutions.

- Comprehensive understanding of LangChain concepts, including agents, chains, memory, and tools, for effective LLM application development.

- Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings, enabling efficient data representation and retrieval for generative AI models.

- Familiarity with the landscape of LLMs, including the GPT family of models and open-source alternatives like LLaMA and Falcon.

7. Data Processing and Distributed Computing(Add on):

- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing techniques, enabling efficient training and deployment of generative AI models.

These key accountabilities encompass the core responsibilities and expectations for the Generative AI Engineer role, ensuring the successful development, optimization, and deployment of state-of-the-art generative AI solutions while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Educational Qualifications:

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: BE or Equivalent

  1. Work Experience
  • Min 2-3 years as Data Scientist
  • 6 months in GenAI technologies
