Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher Trainer located in Udham Singh Nagar. The Teacher Trainer will be responsible for designing and executing lesson plans, providing training sessions, and supporting teachers in various educational activities. Daily tasks include developing and delivering training modules, conducting assessments, monitoring teacher performance, and offering constructive feedback. The role also involves coordinating with educational institutions and staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

Qualifications

  • Lesson Planning and Teaching skills
  • Experience in Training and Education
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and support teacher performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or related field
  • Experience in curriculum development is a plus
  • Familiarity with modern educational technologies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
