Barista

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Coffee maker and counter person in our team. The ideal candidate must be polite in interacting with the customers, expertise in making cold brew & other coffee beverages, must be keen on learning new things.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a variety of hot/cold coffee available on our menu
• Take orders from the counter and make bills using the software.
• Enthusiast in helping and growing cafe sales

Ensure consistency in customer interaction & serving the same taste.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per food safety standards.
• Work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively for timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in coffee shop/cafeteria
• Strong coffee-making skills
• Patience to interract with the customers
• Passion for experimenting with new flavors and menu changes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
