Role & responsibilities

  • Design and implement IAM solutions for cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Manage user identities, roles, and access policies across cloud environments.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and cloud services.
  • Monitor and audit access controls to ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
  • Automate IAM processes using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Collaborate with security, DevOps, and IT teams to align IAM strategies with organizational goals.
  • Respond to security incidents related to identity and access.
  • Stay current with IAM trends, threats, and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Experience in IAM engineering, preferably in cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience with IAM services in AWS (IAM, Cognito), Azure (AD, B2C), or GCP (Cloud IAM).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with identity governance tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity).
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security frameworks.
