Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing print advertisements, setting up publication layouts, editing images, creating logos, and designing catalogsnd other projects. This role requires a strong eye for layout, typography, and branding, with the ability to produce high-quality, production-ready assets tailored for both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets including print advertisements, catalogs, brochures, publication layouts, logos, and image edits for various marketing and branding projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and U.S.-based stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver visually impactful designs.
• Apply feedback constructively to revise and refine designs until final approval is received.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high design quality.
• Ensure organized file structures and contribute to a centralized file management system for efficient workflow and asset sharing.

Qualifications & Skills

• 34 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer within a creative department, publication house, design agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory, especially:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout design, and branding standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for producing visually compelling work.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals and timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with international clients and team members.
• Willingness to work night shifts (5:30 PM IST 3:00 AM IST) to support U.S. Eastern Time operations.
• Experience in print advertising, publication formats, and prepress production is a strong advantage.

Education & Additional Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from a reputed institute.
• A strong design portfolio is mandatory and must be submitted along with the application to demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and experience across various design formats.
