Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialists with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Android Enterprise. The role involves establishing and supporting a secure MDM/MAM environment, implementing policies, and providing Tier 2/3 Intune Hypercare support in a global enterprise setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune (Android only) for corporate mobility.
  • Establish Android Enterprise Account for app store integration and user management.
  • Build secure device enrollment processes (bulk & self-service).
  • Define and enforce security policies: encryption, authentication, permitted apps, password standards, secure connectivity, and remote wipe.
  • Integrate MDM with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) applications and access controls.
  • Architect and configure Android VPN solutions for secure internal app access.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 Hypercare support for MDM/Intune enrollment, management, and escalated issues.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and troubleshooting guides for IT staff and end users.
  • Support transition of Intune Endpoint platform to new provider or internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in MDM/MAM administration.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune with Android Enterprise.
  • Experience in device lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, and policy enforcement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and conditional access.
  • Knowledge of VPN setup, mobile security best practices, and enterprise mobility.
  • Proven ability to handle Tier 2/3 escalations for Intune and endpoint support.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Certifications (MD-102, SC-900, or EMS-related).
  • Exposure to Zero Trust architecture & mobile threat defense solutions.
  • Prior experience with Hypercare support and Intune platform transition.

The role involves implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Windows 365 Cloud PCs integrated with Microsoft Intune, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant endpoint services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Deployment
  • Architect and implement a Windows 365 Cloud PC environment tailored to organizational needs.
  • Stand up and configure a new Intune tenant, integrated with Windows 365 for unified management.
  • Define and configure provisioning policies for Cloud PCs, including SKUs, sizing, and user role assignments.
  • Deploy and configure networking, security, and identity integrations (Azure AD, conditional access, endpoint protection).
  • Policy & Compliance Management
  • Develop and assign Intune device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
  • Assign and provision Cloud PCs for users and groups, ensuring lifecycle management via Intune.
  • Implement continuous monitoring for Cloud PC health, performance, and compliance.
  • Ongoing Support & Operations
