Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, manage, and forecast project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Cost Control: Implement measures to control project expenditures and identify cost variances from the budget.
  • Estimating: Provide detailed cost estimates and cost planning throughout the project lifecycle, from design to completion.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular cost updates, financial forecasts, and executive summaries to clients and management.
  • Change Management: Review and negotiate change orders to ensure they align with project scope and budget constraints.
  • Collaboration: Work with design teams, general contractors, and subcontractors to develop and validate cost estimates.
  • Contractor Management: Lead pricing reviews and negotiations with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Value Engineering: Support value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project costs.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and external financial regulations. Key Responsibilities
