We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive to oversee the management of car drivers and passenger car fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating drivers, maintaining fleet efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering a seamless experience for passengers and clients.

Key Responsibilities: Transport & Driver Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the car fleet, ensuring smooth scheduling and dispatch.
  • Assign and monitor drivers to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Ensure drivers comply with company & client policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
  • Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and trip schedules.
  • Implement best practices to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.

Customer & Client Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and passengers, addressing queries and complaints.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services with high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle emergency requests and unforeseen delays efficiently.

Technology & Reporting:

  • Utilize software to monitor vehicle movement and driver performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet performance and operational KPIs.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and suggest process optimizations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in fleet operations or transportation management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of local traffic laws and vehicle maintenance practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fleet tracking software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing a team of drivers.
  • Familiarity with GPS tracking and route optimization tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and service providers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
