A civil structural design engineer designs and builds structures, ensuring they are safe, cost -effective, and meet building codes. They work with architects, builders, and other engineers to create safe designs that meet the project goals.  Responsibilities Design: Create designs for new structures, renovations, and additions. Use computer software to design structural elements.  Analyze: Calculate the stress and load a structure will experience, and perform structural analysis.  Select materials: Choose materials that are safe, sustainable, and cost -effective.   Recommend safety measures: Provide recommendations for safety measures and repairs. Manage projects: Oversee project management, including tracking budgets and progress.  Inspect: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.  Collaborate: Work with architects, builders, and other engineers to deliver the project.   Advise: Provide technical advice, and advice on how to improve the structural integrity of existing structures.  Obtain permits: Obtain the necessary regulatory permits for construction.   Create drawings: Create drawings, specifications, and computer models of structures.`Requirements Strong problem -solving and analytical skills, Excellent communication and presentation abilities, Proficiency in structural design software, Strong understanding of building codes and regulations, and Experience with a variety of structural materials.Benefits Employment Benefits Salary: Rs.30,000 to 40,000 Annual Bonus Statutory Benefits
