Overview

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor Cum Graphic Designer to join our dynamic social media agency. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at producing captivating videos and impactful graphics tailored for various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and knowledgeable about the latest trends in digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Editing
  • Edit and produce dynamic short-form and long-form videos specifically for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Add animation, effects, transitions, captions, and sound design to enhance video storytelling.
  • Adapt raw footage, stock assets, and user-generated content to meet campaign goals and platform requirements.
  • Collaborate with social strategists and copywriters to deliver high-impact video creatives on schedule.
  • Graphic Design
  • Design eye-catching banners, infographics, carousels, and ad creatives for daily publishing and campaign needs.
  • Develop consistent branding elements—color schemes, typography, layout, and templates.
  • Produce visual content like reels covers, stories, highlight icons, and event announcements.
  • Ensure all graphics are optimized for device specs, quick loading, and platform guidelines.
  • Content Ideation & Collaboration
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh social content ideas.
  • Interpret briefs and campaign objectives into visual concepts and video edits.
  • Collaborate with photographers, motion designers, and content creators.
  • Quality Control
  • Maintain high standards for creative quality, accuracy, and consistency across all assets.
  • Manage file organization, versioning, and backups in shared drives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design for digital/social media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and similar tools (Final Cut Pro, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, formats, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing both video and graphic design projects is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in creating content for brands, agencies, or influencers.
  • Animation skills (2D/3D, GIFs) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic photography or videography.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹17,000.00 per month
