We are seeking immediate joiners to be a part of our dynamic US Healthcare Process team in Chennai This is a complete voice-based role with excellent growth opportunities.

Job Details:

Role: AR Caller / Process Associate (Voice Process)

Experience: 0 - 2 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Chennai (Vadapalani)

Work Type: Full-time, Permanent (In-person)

Compensation: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Shift Time: 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM (Night Shift / US Shift)

Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities (Roles & Responsibilities):

* Handle international customer queries and complaints via phone, specifically related to Medical Insurance for US clients.

* Provide excellent customer service with accurate information and solutions.

* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.

* Contribute to quality improvement and the development of best practices.

Candidate QualificationsEducation:

* Any Bachelor's Degree.

* Experience: 0-2 years in customer service or a related field.

* Mandatory Skill: Excellent English Communication (Spoken and Written).

* Other Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a US/Night Shift.
