Job Description:Accounting and Bookkeeping: Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (Tally preferred).

Book Closing: Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheet (BS). Tax Compliance: File TDS (26Q, 27Q, 64C, 64D) and GST returns in compliance with applicable laws and deadlines.

Account and Vendor Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts, including vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies. Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for accounting and financial reporting. Cost Allocation: Perform cost allocation calculations, ensuring accurate distribution of costs across relevant departments or projects.

Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients or vendors as required, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance. Coordination with Outsourcing Partners: Liaise with external partners and vendors for the outsourcing of certain accounting functions, ensuring smooth collaboration.
