Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential PCD distributors/franchise partners.

Support existing clients by providing timely information and assistance.

Learn and promote the company's product range with proper product knowledge. Work towards achieving assigned sales and marketing targets.

Build and maintain healthy business relationships with clients.

Collect market feedback and assist in competitor tracking.

Coordinate with the team for dispatch, logistics, and client follow-ups.

Participate in pharma expos, conferences, and client meetings as required.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates (B.Com, BBA, MBA, B.Sc, or any relevant field) are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge/interest in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Ability to work in a team and gradually take independent responsibilities.
