Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategy Consultant, located in Gurugram. The Strategy Consultant will be responsible for performing data analysis, solving client business challenges, and providing actionable recommendations - campaign suggestions. Key responsibilities include conducting research, developing strategies, presenting findings, and collaborating with teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights using SQL, Excel, PPT, Visualization.
  • Consulting and Management Consulting experience to navigate client challenges effectively
  • Effective Communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with teams
  • Understanding of Retail analytics concepts to support data-driven financial decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant experience in strategy or consulting roles /CRM is a plus.
