Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, UiPath

In this role, the Support Developer will take part in RPA production bot maintenance, enhancement, and support activities for Robotics solutions, meet the Incident SLA, and work as per defined Support process & Practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and articulation of an efficient solution handling risk, technology, effectiveness and costs to the client. Also, be able to improve Genpact deal win ratio & margins through the right solution. This will require people leadership, in-depth understanding of our delivery model, and client relationship management. They will contribute to the creation of collaterals and white papers

Responsibilities

·       You'll be accountable for definition and conformance to non-functional requirements for the project

·       Build Architecture for project (s) as per functional and Non-functional requirements

·       Collaborate with partners and get Architecture Signoff

·       Troubleshoot and assist project team(s) in resolving critical technical issues

·       Train project team(s) in adopting reusability and best

·       Architectural, design and coding practices

·       Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthrough

·       Conduct internal platform training programs

·       Establish technical frameworks and reusable assets for adoption across engagements

·       Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution.

·       Keep abreast with platform roadmap and upcoming product features

·       Travel to technology partner locations for technical workshops and issue escalation and management

·       Support Pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions, present technical solution to partners

·       Evaluate RPA Platforms and provide recommendations

·       Conduct interviews, technology awareness sessions

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

·       Relevant years of experience

·       Excellent communication – verbal and written

·       Experienced in project implementations as Technical Architect, hands on development experience in platform

Preferred qualifications

·       Knowledgeable in RPA augmentation with other Digital technologies to architect transformations

·       Experience in front ending client discussions and interfacing with business, IT and architecture teams

·       Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations Understand RPA/ technology spectrum and suggest tech solutions to clients/ business
