Staff Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Are you a highly skilled and passionate Staff Software Engineer looking to make a significant impact We're searching for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to building innovative, data-driven products.

In this role, you'll be a key technical leader, leveraging your expertise in modern web and mobile technologies to develop scalable solutions and mentor junior engineers.

What You'll Do :

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack applications using , React Native, and

  • Work with PostgreSQL databases, optimizing for performance and data integrity.

  • Implement and manage cloud-based microservices architecture, preferably within the AWS ecosystem.

  • Champion clean code principles, design patterns, and collaborative development best practices through code reviews and mentorship.

  • Actively participate in architectural discussions, technical brainstorming, and contribute to the overall technical strategy.

  • Drive features from conception to deployment within an Agile Scrum framework, embracing iterative product development.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

  • Contribute to building data-driven products and implementing analytics-backed features.

What We're Looking For :

Technical Skills :

  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience with a strong track record of problem-solving and excellent coding skills.

  • Proficiency in , React Native, , and PostgreSQL.

  • Solid understanding and experience with cloud microservices architecture, preferably on AWS.

  • Deep knowledge of design patterns, clean code principles, and collaborative software development best practices.

  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and iterative product development.

Project/Work Style :

  • A self-motivated, independent contributor who can effectively mentor junior engineers.

  • Demonstrated experience in architectural discussions, technical brainstorming, and conducting thorough code reviews.

  • A strong portfolio of complex, real-world projects, with a clear articulation of your role and problem-solving approach.

Domain Knowledge :

  • Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries is a strong plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to build data-driven products and implement analytics-backed features.
