Position: Audit & Tax ManagerKey Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute statutory audits, internal audits, and special assignments
  • Handle direct and indirect taxation matters including Income Tax, GST, and TDS
  • Supervise and mentor team members including CAs, semi-qualified professionals, and article assistants
  • Review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work
  • Manage client relationships and provide advisory services
  • Ensure timely completion of assignments with quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with valid ICAI membership
  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience in audit and taxation
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, and tax laws
  • Experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and tax filing portals
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
