Associate, Service Delivery
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional technical teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions such as data centre upgrades, network deployments, cloud migrations, and hardware rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, network installations, and cloud transitions
- Coordinate with internal teams (network, systems, security, support) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, risk logs, change requests, and status reports
- Support procurement and logistics for hardware and software components
- Monitor project risks and issues, escalating to senior management as needed
- Participate in infrastructure audits, compliance checks, and change management processes
- Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure adherence to ITIL and other relevant frameworks or standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in IT project coordination or infrastructure support
- Familiarity with infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms)
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in tools like Asana, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar
- ITIL Foundation or PMP/CAPM certification (preferred)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
