JOB TITLE: QUALITY ENGINEER

EXPERIENCE NEEDED: MIN 5 YEARS

  • Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent product quality throughout the production process.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics, identifying trends and initiating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, supply chain) to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and non-conformities, using tools like 8D, Fishbone, and FMEA.
  • Maintain documentation related to quality standards, procedures, and audit findings.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with ISO, IATF, or other relevant standards.
  • Train production staff on quality procedures, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Monitor supplier quality, including incoming material checks and vendor evaluations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC) methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
