Role Description

This is a full-time Internship Opportunity for Embedded Software Development at Levelplay.AI. This on-site role is located in Chennai. The intern will be responsible for developing and testing embedded software for our AI-driven smart gear. Day-to-day tasks will include writing and debugging code, collaborating with hardware engineers, performing software optimization, and contributing to the overall software development lifecycle.

What you'll work on

  • Firmware development for
    ESP32 (WiFi & Bluetooth) or STM32
  • Integration with state-of-the-art sensors
    (motion, environmental, and digital)
  • Working with
    ADCs, GPIOs, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I²C)
  • Hardware-software debugging on embedded platforms
  • Exploring AI on edge devices
    for real-world applications


Location
: Chennai (on-site only; remote is not possible)

    Electronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Comfortable with C/C++
    (RTOS/Python knowledge is a plus)
