Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
Boiler Operator
with a
First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency
and around
9 years of experience
to join our Hyderabad operations. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining the boiler system to ensure continuous and safe steam supply for plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain boilers in compliance with statutory and company safety guidelines.
• Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel usage to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve boiler-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with the Boiler Act, Factory Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for scheduled overhauls and repairs.

Requirements:

• First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency
  (mandatory).
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade.
• Around 9 years of proven experience
  operating and maintaining industrial boilers.
• Strong knowledge of boiler controls, water treatment, and fuel management.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies efficiently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to safety and operational excellence.
