Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SharePoint Developer with 3-6 years of experience to design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint applications and solutions. The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in Oracle DBA, MySQL, and PHP to support integration, backend management, and database optimization for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint applications, workflows, and web parts.
  • Manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, and configurations.
  • Integrate SharePoint solutions with external systems using PHP and other web technologies.
  • Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in Oracle and MySQL environments.
  • Perform database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, performance tuning, and user access management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and deliver business process automation.
  • Ensure application security, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 36 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online/2013/2016/2019 (development and administration).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle DBA (administration, performance tuning, PL/SQL).
  • Proficiency in MySQL database management.
  • Good working knowledge of PHP for application development and integration.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, Power Automate/Flow, and PowerShell scripting is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft SharePoint or Database Administration certifications.
  • Experience in migration projects (SharePoint/Database).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
