Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing and Monitoring of site store
  • Update data in ERP System on daily basis
  • Responsible for monitoring storage and QC in clearing Preservation of all Materials
  • Indenting of required material data in ERP
  • Manage all Raw materials, Spare parts and Equipment are to be preserved at stores till they are Issued/Dispatched
  • Maintaining site's store department activities
  • Check out the records periodically
  • Inform and update the store department at HO about the entire work on hand
  • Prepare the report of records periodically and give it to the store department at HO
  • Other duties assigned by Project Manager and Store Department (HO).
